What does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. No hourly rate, no retainer. Our fee comes out of what we recover for you.
Who will I work with on my case?

How long do I have to bring a claim?
Two years from the date of the injury, in most California cases.
If a city, county or state agency is involved, or a public road, you have six months to present a claim to the agency. That’s the deadline people miss. If you’re close to either, call now.
Should I talk to the other side’s insurance company?
Talk to your own insurer, and be honest with them. You don’t owe the other side anything.
Within a few days they’ll call and ask for a recorded statement. They’ll be friendly. Don’t give it until you’ve talked to us. It’s taken before you know how hurt you are, and it gets used against you later.
What if the accident was partly my fault?
California is a pure comparative fault state. Your share comes off what you recover. It doesn’t wipe it out. At 10% at fault, you still recover 90%.
People talk themselves out of calling over this all the time. Call, and we’ll tell you where you actually stand.
What is my case worth?
It depends on the injury, the treatment, the time you lost and the insurance available. Anyone who quotes a number before seeing the file is guessing.
What goes into it: the treatment you’ve had and will need, lost wages and earning capacity, what you can’t do anymore, and your pain, suffering, and inconvenience. Insurers pay the bills and fight about the rest.
